After passing through the entry vestibule with its automatic doors and security intercom system, you are greeted with large bright hallways, and an elevator to make getting to your apartment easy, whether you live on the first floor or the third floor.

The apartments have an entry door that is set back from the hallway with its own “porch light” giving you a feeling of entering a personal home.

 

Once in the apartment you will notice everything is set up to make living easy. The galley kitchen is equipped with a full size stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and plenty of counter space. The large bathroom has a walk in shower that is equipped with a stationary, and handheld shower heads, as well as a folding bench.

Safety is also foremost in the design of the apartments. Each apartment has grab bars in the bathroom, and emergency pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom that automatically call 911 when pulled.

There is a coin operated laundry facility, and trash room located on the first floor, and maintenance personnel on site most business days.
